being in a hurry! two fridays ago i was in a hurry after waiting for the kids bus for 45 minutes and i ran over dylans leg. it was the worst experince of my life and i can promise that i wont rush again when it comes to the kids being in/around the car. thank goodness he is still growing and his bones aren't hardened like adults because my little man came away with scrapes and a sprained ankle. he did get to ride in the ambulance and get some oxygen. he thought that was cool... i however did not think it was cool seeing our subaru tire resting on his calf and foot. i am still having nightmares.
sooo some food for thought... dont run your kids legs over. its awful and even though he is fine... i still feel like a failure as a parent.
