here are two more videos. usually there is NO water along the road or across it... and the rive was shallow and super calm that i would let the kids go play in it with two neighbor boys without me being down there with them. now its raging and dirty!
in a weird way this is exciting. i have never lived anywhere where the flooding was right where i was living. hopefully no one got hurt and everyones homes are ok. we are flood free in our basement.
the kids are excited that they get a day off of school. so much for them being back in school... one day in and then off.
